"Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa" (LDKS) or "Student Leadership Basic Training" is a program designed to train and develop student leadership skills through a series of training activities and workshops. This program aims to prepare students to become effective leaders in their schools and communities. 

LDKS is held with the main aim of developing and strengthening student leadership. This activity also aims to increase self-confidence, social skills and strengthen character.

Thus, the school's hope after implementing LDKS is that students will become more well-developed individuals, ready to face future challenges, and able to contribute positively to society.

*ੈ✩‧₊˚ Argument 1:
In this activity, there are several benefits. With a short duration, participants tend to be more focused and intensely involved in every activity and training held, thereby maximizing the time available for learning. It also allows the implementation of the LDKS program to be more efficient in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation. This ensures that participants get a rich experience in a limited time.

This program can also stimulate faster leadership growth because participants must quickly adapt to new situations and take an active role in the team. Moreover, this activity provides an opportunity for participants to experience various activities, gain valuable experience, and broaden their horizons.

*ੈ✩‧₊˚ Argument 2:
However, this activity also has several disadvantages. Sometimes, the time allocated for LDKS is not enough to convey all the material and activities well, so some concepts or skills may only be touched on the surface. Also Some participants may not be fully engaged in LDKS activities, either due to a lack of interest or motivation, or because they feel uncomfortable with a particular group environment or dynamics. Additionally, there is no guarantee that the skills learned will be applied consistently in daily life after the activity ends.

LDKS has many advantages, such as providing intensive experience in a short time, increasing self-confidence and leadership skills, and facilitating the formation of positive social relationships. However, there are also several disadvantages, such as limited time for delivering in-depth material, the potential for participant fatigue, and difficulties in measuring the long-term effectiveness of these activities.

In my opinion, by considering the pluses and minuses, it can be concluded that LDKS activities are a useful effort in developing student leadership, although there are several challenges that need to be overcome to increase its effectiveness.
